X Helper adds a download button to every tweet on X (Twitter)

letting you save photos, videos, and GIFs with a single click — no external websites, no copying links, no hassle.

How to use:

Hover over any photo or video in a tweet — a download button will appear in the top-right corner. Click it to save, or open the media picker if the tweet has multiple items.

Requirements:

Tampermonkey (recommended), Greasemonkey, or Violentmonkey.
