Expands the Gmail left navigation sidebar to a fixed, wider width to prevent label truncation.

Enhanced Visibility: Increases the minimum and maximum width of the sidebar to 190px.
No More Cut-off Labels: Ensures longer folder and label names remain readable.
Static Layout: Overrides Gmail's default responsive shrinking for the navigation pane.
