fix for Loading All button

adds the Comment button as fallback if no other script added one

fixed error when dialog was dragged to a different position

supports editing one's own comments, changed storage structure, several other small changes

handling of window resize so that dialog always stays visible

fixed issue due to jQuery's data() being a different storing mechanism from the data-* attributes

comment page links now open in new tab

dialog title shortened

changes to allow support by the Comment Formatting and Preview script
