excluded chapter draft pages where the script threw an error (no tags to sort)
switched icons to plain SVGs
tweaked how the script recognizes previously saved tags vs. newly added tags. it can now survive a page refresh (which happens easily enough on mobile by accidentially pulling the page down).
included a @require for jQueryUI Touch Punch, which appears to be the only way to make it work on touch devices
adding a handle to the sortable tags in an attempt to provide a workaround for mobile browsers
