AO3 Bookmarks Default to Private (Etiquette helper)

Set AO3 bookmarks to default to private. This makes ao3 bookmarking etiquette a little easier. (Note, this is included in my AO3 Re-reread Savior userscript)

Feeling awkward that other people can see your bookmarks and bookmark notes (if you didn't like the fic, or perhaps feel a little over-enthusiastic)?

Introducing the AO3 Bookmarks Default to Private (Etiquette helper). Just a quick little userscript that sets all bookmarks to private everytime they're created or updated.

Notes:
- I did copy this line of code from Bairdel's Bookmarking Records. So, credit where credit is due.
- I also incorporated this into my AO3 Re-read Savior userscript in a way where the privacy setting of existing bookmarks doesn't have to change.
