TLR Input Optimizer!

Make inputting from TLR for part-time employees of Seattle Central College easier than ever before! Usage is as follows:

Open up your work-hours page
Press the t key on your keyboard
Input your start and end time (hint: moment.js will attempt to parse your time correctly, so you can input things like 3pm or 7:00a and it will convert to the correct format!
Use the s and e keys on the popup to input your start and end times, respectively.
