Quiet a long time I haven't logged in GreasyFork.
I'm not sure if I just missed some update of this site (maybe this year, or maybe even earlier).
I just noticed my username was renamed by adding a " 3" after it.
So... Could anyone point me a post about what happened?

This is very likely due to an update that made it so user names couldn't differ only by capitalization. Some usernames had to be changed to ensure uniqueness.

O-Okay...
But... does this means there are 4 users using this user name (with differ only by capitalization) before renaming?
So they can be renamed as "ts", "ts 1", "ts 2" and "ts 3".
You know, there are at most 4 possible combination yet...

The numbering started at 2. There are 3 users involved here - you, @Ts, and @ts 2.
