Universal Video Tools adds a floating control panel for videos on many websites. It lets users rotate videos, zoom in or out, pan the zoomed area with a hand tool, check and switch video resolution when available, enter fullscreen mode, and download accessible video sources.
The script is designed to work across general video players, streaming pages, and social media platforms. It includes support for video downloads from many common pages, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. On Instagram and Facebook, it may also detect downloadable media from Reels, posts, Stories, and similar video surfaces when the media source is technically accessible in the browser.
