Hide Inoreader Navigation Bar on Click

Shrinks and dims Inoreader's top navigation bar. Clicking restores original size. Clicking again shrinks the navigation bar.

This shrinks and dims the #subscriptions_buttons navigation bar of Inoreader's classic default interface. You can toggle between miniature and original size by clicking anywhere on the panel. The intended use is to reduce burn-in on AMOLED displays.
