Then this is the script for you!

It will remove any YouTube suggestions that you've watched more than 75% of and the ones that have less than 5000 views.
It greatly enhanced my video-watching experience and I hope it will do the same for you.

UPDATE 1.7 (2025-04-13)
This latest update will make sure that the script is only active on the YouTube startpage and will not remove videos from either search results or channel pages.
