Add a button to go from app.graphite.dev to github.com

If the repo name has dashes, the button won't show.
Need to update the regex to /^\/github\/pr\/([\w-]+)\/([\w-]+)\/(\d+).*$/ instead.
/^\/github\/pr\/([\w-]+)\/([\w-]+)\/(\d+).*$/
Also the button background makes the text very difficult to see on dark mode.
