使用方法
１．提出ボタンの横にSubmission Timerボタンがあるので押す。
２．次に提出したい時間をセットしてダイアログを閉じる。
３．ソースコードを貼り付けて提出できる状態にしておく。(こっちを先にやってもOK。)
４．そのままにしておく。タブを閉じさえしなければ、別タブ開いて非アクティブになったり、Chromeが最小化されていてもOK。

その他
・0や負の値をセットするとタイマーをキャンセルできます。
