Sort MetaFilter Comments

Adds a Sort by Favorites button. Also keeps the anchor tags in the right place, and allows restoring the original sort order.

This adds a "Sort by Favorites" button to the sidebar (near the bottom on mobile). Once sorted, the button changes to "Restore original order." This sort maintains the position of the anchor elements so clicking a comment's timestamp still works.
