Enables new reports to provide desktop notifications from within Chrome
From the open reports tab, the notifier can be set. The open reports tab must remain open to function, although it can be minimized or left in a background tab. Click the added "Notifier tab" to enable or disable the notifier. When the notifier is enabled, you can set how long to wait before checking for new reports. The notifier does not send repeat or duplicate notifications for reports. In order to reset the list of reports it will not notify you about, click the reset tab.
