Disable Text Ads

Disables inline text ads from Vibrant Media (IntelliTXT), AdBrite, Infolicious (lingoSpot), Kontera, Linkworth, EchoTopic, Targetpoint (defunct?), MediaText (defunct), ResultLinks, Chitika and Infolinks.
