AAK-Cont replacement?

Hello so AAK-Cont has been discontinued apparently. I've tried using the replacement but I broke my browser instead (Nano Defender). I don't know which one to choose and they don't seem to work, sites I visit still have 'Turn off Adblocker' message (AdBlock Protector2), I decided to switch back to AAK-cont. But there are several new sites where it doesn't work like uploads.to or flexydrive. I'm using FF 56 and uBlock. Can someone point me out to its replacement?
