Installation & Getting Started

Install Tampermonkey Extensions

Install the Tampermonkey add-on from the official web store matching your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave, etc.).

Load the AutoSkip Userscript

Import and install the userscript file (umingle of Uhmegle AutoSkip v3-3.1.0.js) into Tampermonkey dashboard.

Launch uMingle and Chat

Go to umingle.com. The glassmorphic configuration panel will automatically load and float in the upper-right corner of the page.

  • Global Search: Instantly search and highlight country names matching your keyword. Matches are dynamically highlighted.
  • Skip Stats: Tracks skips per country directly on the checklist items and maintains a counter badge.

Enables manual or automatic recording of the remote video stream in high definition:

  • Direct Stream Capture: Captures raw media directly from srcObject to preserve both high-fidelity video track data and raw audio feeds.
  • Auto-Record Switch: Optional setting to start recording instantly 300ms after connecting to a matched stranger.
  • HUD Visual Overlay: Positions a premium glassmorphic badge over the video feed, blinking REC and displaying an active counting timer.
  • Keyboard Shortcut: Toggle recording globally using Alt + R (bypassed if focused inside message inputs).

  • Skip Delay Slider: Adjust the simulation keypress delay (from 100ms up to 2000ms) to bypass browser rate limits.
  • Banned Keywords Scanner: Input keywords separated by commas (e.g., snap, kik, cash). The script scans incoming stranger text and skips instantly upon a match.
  • Idle Timeout Skipper: Skip partners who remain silent for more than a configured duration. The timer pauses automatically the moment they type.
  • Auto-Greeting Message: Humanized greeting typer that types and sends a message after a random delay (1.0s to 1.5s) upon matching.
  • Connection Hang Fail-Safe: Auto-skips connecting freezes if they remain locked for 15 seconds.

📋 Settings Backup, Reset & Logger

Maintain your configurations, check diagnostics, and reset parameters:

  • Activity Log Card: Explains diagnostic events (matches, keyword skips, timeouts, recording states) with real-time timestamps.
  • Backup Modal: Copy/paste a single JSON string containing your stats, settings, and country selectors to transfer configurations to other browsers.
  • Reset button: Clears all statistics, settings, and reverts to default states.



Frequently Asked Questions


Where do recorded videos save?

Recorded videos are compiled directly inside the browser sandbox as raw WebM data. They trigger a browser download immediately when completed and are saved to your browser's default **Downloads** directory.

Why does the video record but have no audio?
▶

Audio recording requires active media tracks inside the remote peer's WebRTC stream. Ensure that:
  1. Your browser has permission to output audio and capture the stream.
  2. The matched partner is actually streaming audio (microphone is active).
  3. You have clicked inside the page at least once after loading so that browser AudioContext permissions are fully unlocked.

How can I trigger the welcome introduction again?

You can reopen the introduction card at any time by clicking the ❓ Guide button located in the panel footer. Alternatively, click the Reset button under Bulk Actions to restore all settings to default.
