YouTube Timestamp Keeper


Updates timestamp in the URL when watching videos on YouTube (every second, on pause and on rewind), so you won't lose track of the last position. Also it's easier to share video at specific - you only have to copy the URL.


In some cases the position can be easily lost, for example:

  • Browser is restarted and session restored
  • Tab is restored after it was unloaded to save memory
  • Page is refreshed


This script can help with the above situations.
