The difference between the most recent timestamps in order for them to be saved must be more than 20 seconds.

For example:
- let's say you paused at 25:30 and jump to 10:00 => both timestamps will be saved
- 25:30 ↷ 10:00 ↷ 10:15 => 25:30 and 10:15 will be saved
- 25:30 ↷ 10:00 ↷ 10:25 => 10:00 and 10:25 will be saved
