You can add the feature to pre-select the save location, for example: D:\1234\twitter_{user-name}(@{user-id}){date-time}{status-id}_{file-type} will be saved to drive D, in the folder 1234.
Can you make it usable on pages like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Flickr, ...?
