Why are so many users banned?

Heya, it's me again. It's 1 am and a question just came in to my mind. Why are there so many random banned users? I check the review page of some fellow cheater's script and a bunch of people who left reviews have been banned? I check their pages they had no history doing anything else except leaving that review.

Example: https://greasyfork.org/en/users/1070275-hatalom-energia

they left one single review on a fellow hacker's script, and now they are banned. There seems to be a banning influx with these new users. Is there a particular reason? I'm just curious

Mostly spam.

Kids often repost installed hacks, but they don't mention copyright or repost it without permission. However, by the rules of Greasy Fork, if you repost user-scripts shouldn't be reposted after they get deleted, but kids still repost it, so they get banned for violating Greasy Fork's rules.

There is a quote from Help page:

Do not repost scripts that were deleted due to rule violations; use the appeal function instead. Reposting deleted scripts may result in a ban.

He was reposting someone's user-script.

Ah thx bro. This clears up a lot of things
