Move preferred YouTube subtitle auto-translate languages to top of the list for quick access, and optionally remove other languages. Users who use non English (US) language in their YouTube setting, must manually edit the script for their chosen language.

You'd have to modify the script code. Change the preferred language for the keepLanguage variable. Please read the variable description in the script code on how to properly change it.
Is it possible that you give a option that set automatically my favorite language if i activate undetitel.
example: i am german and i want all the time translate german if i activate undertitel. i dont wanna klick so mutch just one click....
