Adds icons to the video toolbar which adds to specific playlists with 1 click.

Try v6. I changed it to wait for the UI to finish creating the player (specifically the resize player button) before injecting the "add to playlist" buttons. Previously it would inject right away when it noticed the URL changed but that was too early.
Doesn't work
Straight up doesn't work. There are no buttons.
