Hide Web Elements Pro gives you direct control over the page layer. Hide distractions, bypass paywalls, extract media, freeze navigation, and manage cookies – all in a sleek, touch‑friendly interface.

  • 🎯 Visual Element Hider – Click any element to hide it. Save rules as Site‑wide, Page‑only, or Global. Supports wildcard conversions and undo.
  • ❄️ Navigation Freeze – Intercepts redirects, popups, and link clicks. Choose Ask, Auto‑Block, Allow Same Domain, or Allow All. Maintains block/allow lists.
  • 🔗 Link & Media Lab – Extracts links, images, videos, audio, and data‑attributes. Search, filter, preview, copy, open, and download direct media.
  • 🚫 Anti‑Paywall / Anti‑Adblock – Automatically detects and removes blocking overlays using text and visual heuristics. Restores scrolling.
  • 🗑️ Auto‑Close Modals – Smartly dismisses unwanted dialogs while avoiding essential UI (menus, sidebars, search). Optional auto‑close for login dialogs.
  • ⏩ Time Skipper – Manual +30s jump for video/audio. Auto Time Skipper detects countdown timers and ad skip controls without scanning the whole DOM.

🛠️ Quick Usage

  1. Dock – Floating shield on the right. Drag to reposition; auto‑collapses.
  2. Hide – Click 🎯 Hide → click an element → use stepper → confirm.
  3. Scope – Toggle between Site, Page, and Global.
  4. Freeze – Click ❄️ Freeze to enable. Customise via Control Panel or prompt.
  5. Links – Click 🔗 Links to open extractor. Media Mode for thumbnails & downloads.
  6. Control Panel – Click ⚙️ Menu to manage rules, domains, cookies, toggles, and backups.

⚙️ Technical Notes

  • Storage: GM_setValue/GET with localStorage fallback. Cross‑frame sync via postMessage.
  • Performance: MutationObservers, requestIdleCallback, debounced style updates.
  • Security: Shadow DOM isolates UI. Challenge detection pauses modifications on Cloudflare/anti‑bot pages.
