Adds an autocompleting user field to forum search so you can filter by poster. Cmd/Ctrl+Click or Cmd/Ctrl+Enter opens results in a new tab.

This adds an autocompleting user field to forum search so you can filter by poster.
Also I made it so Cmd/Ctrl+Click or Cmd/Ctrl+Enter opens results in a new tab so you can make tweaks to yoru searches without having to re-input everything.
