This script enhances the Zendesk interface for agents by adding practical features and visual styles. It includes:

  • Copy Conversation: Button to copy the conversation text with a predefined message.
  • Open URLs: Opens all links in the conversation in new tabs (with a limit).
  • Close Tabs: Closes inactive tabs with one click.
  • Styles: Highlights the selected tab for easier navigation.
