Display the hospital timer on the attack page

On desktop browser, the title of the page will also display the name and the countdown.

Right before the hospital time is over, the page will auto-reload (750ms by default).

(Required) You must enter a limited API key
You can adjust the timer for reload, modify the "preFire" value in milliseconds. The lower, the closer to the hospital timer it will reload. Can be negative number to load after the expired timer.
Ability to disable automatic reload, change the value of disableAutomaticReload to "true" (without the quotes)
