Added HTTP owot support

Changed the color of the fill tool selection to differ from the copy selection color.

Optimized fill script wiping - now it doesn't wipe empty chars
Removed a few redundant console.log's

Changed no color alert and rate limit viewer - now they are part of the menu
Fill char input now ignores any other chars entered except the first one
Fill color input now defaults to #000000 instead of #FFFFFF when the script is run
