Display the full date and time when hovering over a countdown. Might be off by a second.

This should work for any countdown using the "countdown" HTML class; this includes countdowns on the main page, countdowns below the "Starts in"/"Voting period ends in" labels on the battle sidebar and the big countdown on the top of battle pages.
