This script provides two functionalities:

Open links in pop-up window: Control+click a link to open it to a standalone window.
Open current page to pop-up window: Control+click in any empty space on the page to open the entire page to a standalone window.

Due to web browser limitations is not posible to hide adress bar with a script.
It is not guaranteed to work with all websites.
