Work on the new UI style has started! I don't have very much free time to work on it, but I will update it when I can.

YTSpeed+

A speed changing improvement script for YouTube

This userscript adds a convenient video speed changer underneath the title.

Unlike the YouTube speed changer, this custom one can change the speed to anywhere from 0.1x to 8x speed, in 0.1x intervals (versus YouTube's 0.5 to 2x, in 0.25x intervals). It can also change the video's pitch if you choose.

Notes

The speed bar's styling may be inconsistent on some platforms because it uses nonstandard CSS. If you experience any issues, please leave a review with your browser and OS, as well as a screenshot.

This script currently only works on desktop YouTube (mobile support is planned).

Reviews and suggestions are greatly appreciated!
