Delayed activation of the "theater mode" because that sometimes failed.

Revamped and renamed the script.
Added three new features: autoplay, removal of "disable your ad blocker" banner, automatic hiding of right part of the page (or manual, via the command menu).
Added a settings window, accessible from the command menu, to enable or disable each feature separately.

Fixed script not working on localized pages.

Allowed the script to run on localized pages (oups!)

Moved the "reload" button before the "theater mode" one.

Fixed the button to properly work after a recent update that had completely broken it.
