使用 min / max 限制范围，digits 设置精度。
allow-zero 设置为 true 时强制允许 0，设置为 false 时强制禁止 0，缺省或设置为其他值时不干涉范围控制。
可使用上下方向键（配合 Alt/Shift/Ctrl）调整数值大小。
