Visible Scrollbar - Invision

Makes Invision's Inspect page scrollbars actually visible by changing to red using ::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb and !important. It inserts a style element before the first linked stylesheet.

Makes the scrollbar visible (red) on InVision's Inspect page. Adds a style element to the page before the first linked stylesheet to overwrite InVision's own !important declaration of the ::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb pseudo-element.
