Keeps the Wowhead.com search box visible when scrolled down.

Makes the page header (the search box) "sticky" when you scroll. Useful for quick access to the search box when scrolled down a long list of comments.

There is a small issue with the search results not going back to the center when scrolling up after a window resize.
