When editing parking lots the cutting button seems to overwrite buttons from other scripts. This should make it less aggressive.

More refactoring. Add a check for minimum area size.

• Add delete confirmation popup

• WARNING: Undo of place deletion causes it to disappear. Need to investigate before releasing this.

• fix cloneAttribute function

• exclude copying externalProviderIDs (they need to be reassigned)

• fix address copying

• more updates, but disabled copying place attributes. Causing save issues. Need to fix before release.
