Toggle non-media tweets on and off on the home timeline, for the power-viewer!

The toggle button top left is now bigger then before.I have disabled all scripts and addons, also changed font size to default but unfortunately not fixed.Not a big deal but appreciate if set back.
Seems to be because the button style changed for Twitter. I'll change it in a bit.
