2 advice about function: Cached, Regions #SOLVED

Firstly, if you don't take advantage of those 2 functions, just ignore my advice. I don't wish that my advice become your or someone's burden. But if you is interested in them as well, then it would be good that you give us a lift.

1. Cached It is hid by a little triangle. If you want to click it, you have to click the triangle in the first place, and then you can get the so called CACHED. Not direct, not simple, not beautiful.
2. Regions Different country, different domain name, different result, at google. Complex, or diverse. If you search at both google.ru and google.com regularly, not google.ru only, is it better switching the region by one click?
