Switched from SmoothScroll Chrome Extension (spyware)

Works fine. Only needs a little tweak:

var refreshrate = 30;
var smoothness = 60;

Indeed those are probably better values, i have not updated this script in a while, but i will at least put most recent version with those values as default now.
