Hide Sponsored and Suggested posts in FB's News Feed, Groups Feed, Watch Videos Feed and Marketplace Feed

Will be releasing a new version shortly - includes the option to hide "Reels and short videos", along with some updates to cope with FB changes.
Can you check which version you're using? If v3.13+, then 'Reels and short videos' is listed as an option to be hidden (by default it is not hidden).
You can enable this via the Clean my feed's button > panel > News Feed section.
