This is a MHCT setting that you need to change. Under Notification setting, change Webpage alert to "None".
Excuse my ignorance. Where do I find the above. I play on MHGame only. I don't access MH through Facebook if I can possibly help it.

Hi do you have the MH Community Tools (MHCT) MouseHunt Helper extension installed on the same browser as the Autobot script? Click on the extension and go into the settings, under Notifications section, there's a Webpage Alert setting under the "Horn Ready" section. Change the setting from "Intrusive" to "None", remember to save at the bottom of the page.
I attached a screenshot of my browser with the Webpage Alert setting to the default setting (Intrusive) and I got the same popup. Changed to "None" and the script works as per usual now.
I've been using the Autobot for ages without problems. This morning there is a Popup on the Game.One needs to click okay before the horn will sound.
