Manga-Updates External Links

Adds an external links section to MU's series info page, with Anime-Planet, MAL, MangaFox, MangaHere and (not working) Batoto links.

This is a slightly modified version poligrafowicz's "B-U Manga links" script.

I replaced the MangaReader with MangaHere.
The Batoto link does not work. I do not know enough to fix this, sorry.
