The thing is that I was flushing all the ads down the toilet with broad-brush filtering (there's a lot of crap in the page by default, and changes all the time).
Unfortunately 'openload.co' matched with the 'ad' substring and caused its iframe to get removed.

I also see that the player has a pop-under overlay that I might be able to get rid of.
If you want to filter more stuff use something like RequestPolicy Continued.
Updated it again to limit the effects of the scummy popunder overlay.
Add support for new video host!
Hey, this is the best thing on the internet! Lately, they've introduced the new video host (openload), which won't load on the pages due to this script. Can you make changes so as to allow the embedded openload videos to be displayed? Test it here - https://kissanime.to/Anime/Boku-dake-ga-Inai-Machi/Episode-009 (there is no video player when the script is enabled).
