How exactly does hit forker work?

I searched for a tutorial..found nothing..i run panda crazy and heard this could help with it. Where should I start? the "include list"?

It is very simple.open panda crazy in one window.then make sure you go to the link that you are instructed to on the page you install former from.in configuration just set the filters however you want to.
