If the Steam Store app/sub doesn't exist, is removed or is region-locked, redirect to steamdb.info instead of store.steampowered.com.

Mozilla Firefox 109.0b8 (64-bit), Tampermonkey 4.18.1 (16 November 2022) — page with "Oops, sorry! An error was encountered while processing your request: this item is currently unavailable in your region" message correctly redirect to SteamDB.
