What a wonderful script!
Is it possible to make it work on Youtube pages with non-English "recommendations".
For example, in Russian (my native language) "Recommended for you" is replaced by "Рекомендуемые вам" and your script doesn't work until I make a little change in the script, which is not convenient.
I think this also happens with other languages.
Here is how it looks like with youtube_ex activated and russian recommendations:
