Leadership XP and asset order

I notice that leadership XP is not pulling the best asset first, it keeps grappling white assets. I have not changed any settings on leadership yet. I was going to put my white assets there and then promote them (just starting out so only have one char that is high enough lvl to promote the white assets).

Well apart from "system solution" you can always remove white guys from your char so the script can't take them. Not using higher level assets on Leadership XP myself, I know for a fact that RAD option feeds the higher lvl assets first.

That what I did, but since I am new I need that char to combine the assets so it threw me off a bit.

I think my connection or browser is a little bit slower and need a longer pause when selecting assets. What variable would I go to change that (and how does the timing work)? It just 'skipped' adding any assets... for a mass that extends the time dramatically.
