Included the following (potential) sponsored items/lists on the search result page:

• the list above the search result at the top of the page
• the ads on the left-hand side of the search result
• the "Highly Rated" list in the middle of the search result
  • this one might not always be sponsored - sometimes it just shows a list of highly rated items. So the background color is set to light grey instead of grey
• the ads that show up in the middle of search result
• the "brands related to your search" list after the search result
• the sponsored ad under the "need help" section at the bottom of the search result page

Product Detail page did not change.

Thanks @JonLaliberte for all the suggestions and feedback!

- added another ad that only shows up in the desktop browser.
- support hovering over a less visible sponsored content to make it more visible.

- renamed the script to be more accurate
- extracted the opacity change into its own function
- make the sponsored lists on product detail page also transparent

- removed the line to clear the console so other extensions can still print to console
- made the sponsored ads on the product detail page more transparent (this was from v0.3 but I forgot to add a change log when upgrading from v0.2 to v0.3)

- Updated the function to check every 2.5 seconds because when navigating through the pages, the old way doesn't always trigger the function to check for sponsored content.
- Only change the sponsored content CSS if it's not already changed
- Will handle the sections for "recommendation" and "trending now" in the next update. Currently, we are not processing them yet.
