Пару дней назад скрипт перестал работать: исчезли иконки скачивания аудио и пункт меню настроек VkMd.
В чём может быть проблема?

Покажите логи: сочетание клавиш (левый)Alt+L - должен скачаться файл с логами. Если не скачался, то смотрите инструкции в описании скрипта пункт "Если появились какие-то ошибки или скрипт работает неправильно"

Alt+L переключает трек.

Это не те логи.

Откройте Console браузера, "прочистите" его (в хроме сочетание клавиш Ctrl+L, или кнопка в верхнем левом углу Console'и хрома), и обновите страницу вконтакте (например, Ctrl+R). Меня интересует логи этого скрипта: если у вас chrome и tampermonkey, то справа от текста лога должно быть что-то похожее на userscript.html?name=.....

Что-то все странно. В логах должны быть ошибки от userscript.html?name=Vk Media Downlaoder (или что-то похожее с названием "Vk Media Downloader"). У вас точно скрипт включен? Пробовали удалить и установить скрипт заново?

Блин, я дурачок - реально ж Tampermonkey был выключен)

А у меня тоже, я думал это всё, конец. Только у меня тампермонки включен. И виолентмонки тоже самое.
