Enhancements to various Place interfaces

When trying to add a place, nothing happens when I click on anything in the "place" drop down menu (no bubble attaches to the pointer to drop where I want to add the new place). If I disable this script, the issue goes away.
In the last few minutes, I added a 12th place in PIE, and there was a script update, and the problem seems to be resolved.Thanks!
